Enterprise Diner

The Enterprise Shopping Centre in Eastbourne offers boutique independent shopping. The Centre Management recognised the need to increase footfall at the northern end of the concourse. There was an existing café in a good location but which lacked identity and excitement.

We were engaged to design an interior to revitalise the outlet and to provide a “destination” café with character. It was decided to develop an American Diner theme.

Scope of Work

  • Liaison with the Centre’s graphic designer to create a cohesive theme
  • Re-appraisal of kitchen design and storage
  • Visuals to convey ideas
  • Development of cabinetry design with Centre’s carpenter
  • Sourcing of authentic Diner furniture, flooring and lighting
