We worked with Deans Place Hotel for a period of seven years on a rolling programme of refurbishment (see Refurbishment Strategies under About Us).
The hotel was proud of its environmental policy and this steered many of our suggestions (see Sustainability under Our Focus).
We designed several items of bespoke furniture including this Maitre d’ desk made from sustainable timber (photo).
As part of the preparations for selling the hotel on, we secured Planning Permission for the extension of a function room and two smoking shelters to compliment the 400 year old architecture (photo).
